Jobpost: Office manager & customer support agent

At CareSharing we are passionate about creating a bridge between healthcare and ICT. We have created software to support the treatment of chronic diseases such as Diabetes and Heart failure. Our focus right now is the joined effort with healthcare groups to make integrated care possible and effective with our software. Our company has a young and ambitious team. Our team in Amsterdam currently has 3 members and is looking to expand.

The Role:
We are looking for someone who has the ability to fulfill multiple roles. The two most important being: office manager (25%) and customer support agent (75%). As office manager we need you to make sure everything in the office runs properly and is in place. You will also take care of administrative tasks like accounting. As a customer support agent we need someone to help our customers when they encounter a problem with our application or have questions.

The person we are looking for is not afraid to pick up a task and run with it so you really need to be hands-on. You will be dealing with our customers so we need someone who has a customer friendly attitude and who knows how to deliver a good customer service experience. You are accurate and neat. Your social and communication skills are impeccable and you have a sense of humor. We are looking for someone creative, who has organizational skills and who is willing and able to learn fast. You don’t need to have an affinity with healthcare but it would be nice. You do need to have a ‘feeling’ for ICT. We expect you to work 38 hours a week.

Since our team in Amsterdam is small we are looking for someone who is not only capable of doing the job, he or she needs to be a good match for the team. Because of the growth of our company we expect to have good opportunities for you to develop your career.

So why is this job description in English?
We are based in Amsterdam and in Cebu, Philippines. Our team in Cebu consists of 30 programmers and developers. Because you will be working closely (phone, email, skype) with the team in Cebu your English has to be good. Next to this we also expect your Dutch to be perfect, written as well as spoken.
